Board of Directors

Responsibilities

The Board oversees the general policies of DCX S.A.S., establishes the strategic vision and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. It is comprised of members with deep experience in hydrocarbons, finance and business management.

Main Functions

Approve corporate strategies, review financial reports and make key decisions on investments and operations.

General Management

Responsibilities

General Management implements the policies and strategies approved by the Board. It directs all day-to-day operations of the company and ensures alignment of operational objectives with the strategic vision.

Main Functions

Coordinate the different functional areas, make important operational decisions and represent the company before third parties.

Exploration & Production Department

Responsibilities: Planning and execution of exploration and exploitation activities. Includes drilling supervision, reserves evaluation and optimization of production processes.

Main Functions: Conduct geological studies, supervise well drilling and manage crude production.

Operations Department

Responsibilities: Manages facilities and equipment operations. Ensures efficiency and safety in daily field operations.

Main Functions: Equipment maintenance, field supervision, logistics and transport management.

Finance & Accounting Department

Responsibilities: Handles all financial activities of the company, including accounting, financial planning and treasury.

Main Functions: Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage the budget and ensure funds are available for operations and projects.

Human Resources Department

Responsibilities: Manages all personnel-related matters — recruitment, training, professional development and benefits administration.

Main Functions: Hiring and training, labor relations and administration of compensation and benefits.

Sales & Commercialization Department

Responsibilities: Manages crude sales to bunker export clients. Handles client relationships and coordinates delivery logistics.

Main Functions: Contract negotiation, client relationship management and coordination of crude distribution.

Compliance & Regulation Department

Responsibilities: Ensures all operations comply with environmental and regulatory standards. Manages relationships with governmental and regulatory agencies.

Main Functions: Monitor regulatory compliance, prepare reports for regulatory entities, and manage permits and licenses.
